As announced a few weeks ago, the user fees for organisations rolling out via in-house facilitators (currently €3 excluding VAT per employee) will rise to €5 excluding VAT per employee from 1 January 2025.

This measure will only apply to private organisations (companies and professional associations), as we want to remain as accessible as possible to the public and non-profit sectors, whose resources are often more limited.

This decision follows on from the association’s wish to fund new projects that we are very enthusiastic about, such as : 
– Innovating with new educational tools to strengthen the community’s impact;
– Guaranteeing the quality, standardisation and professionalisation of workshops and training courses;
– Raising awareness among new audiences, especially those who are less familiar with climate issues;
– Measuring the impact of the Climate Fresk;
– Diversify our approach so that it is systemic and not just climate-centric;
– Increase our support for voluntary initiatives and events.

In order to promote the spread of the workshop, no price increase had been carried out since the association was founded in 2018. In an inflationary context, the association, which has the prerogative to set the amount of licence fees, has nevertheless had to re-evaluate its needs in order to be able to carry out its ambitions.

We are aware that this change has an impact on the organisations in their roll-out plans for 2024-2025. Our intention is not to slow down the spread of the tool but, on the contrary, to make the workshop accessible to as many people as possible. 

That’s why we’re allowing : 

• in 2024, for organisations planning to roll out the tool in 2025 but which pay their fees before the end of 2024, to continue to benefit from the €3 rate;
• in 2025, the introduction of an advantageous €3 rate for the payment of rights for more than 2,000 people in a single payment.
